Your details.
Your choice.

Updated 5 September 2026. This page describes the new Elemental Snapshot service and distinguishes it from the earlier Free Audit form.

Before you share anything

Your instant Snapshot is calculated in your browser. Birth details stay in the page’s memory until you choose “Email My Snapshot”; we do not store your form in browser local storage. Closing or reloading the page clears the preview.

Our hosting provider receives ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, when you visit. Email forms load Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention when you interact with them. This is separate from submitting birth details.

What we save when you request an email copy

We save your email, birth date, supplied birth time and its precision, birth city, country, selected time zone, stated interest, and separate newsletter preference. We also record the consent wording and version, the time of consent where given, the calculation method version, and the request creation time.

We do not ask for sex assigned at birth for the free Snapshot. We do not store payment card details. The new Snapshot table does not store your IP address, although infrastructure and anti-abuse services process it.

Contact the operator

Spacetime Blueprint is operated as an independent product. You can contact the builder here, including if you never received an email or lost your management link.

The contact form stores your email, request type, message, reference number, creation time, and handling status. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Requests are removed from the active database after 90 days with daily cleanup. The operator may ask you to verify email ownership before disclosing or deleting personal data.

Email-only lists

Blueprint launch notifications and I Ching learning notes are separate, optional lists. We save your email, chosen list, consent wording and version, consent time, signup time, and a hash of your private management token. The Blueprint list also records the displayed planned price of $49 USD. These forms do not collect birth details.

We do not send an automatic confirmation email or verify ownership of the submitted address. Save the management link shown on screen. Registration records interest; it is not a purchase, reservation, or promise of a publishing date.

Email-only signups expire from the active database after 365 days, with daily cleanup. For an email-wide opt-out, we retain only the email address and opt-out time separately for as long as this service operates, so deleting a request cannot accidentally restart marketing.

Why we use these details

We use the birth details to calculate the requested reading and the email to send its copy. Your interest helps us understand demand for reports, personal interpretation, learning, or ongoing guidance.

Content emails require the separate, optional checkbox, which starts unchecked. Requesting a Snapshot alone is not consent to a newsletter. Each request has a private management link. An email-wide opt-out overrides all marketing preferences.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and API and provides Turnstile. Supabase stores submitted Snapshot requests, email signups, and opt-out records. Resend processes your email address and report content when email delivery is configured. The report email does not include your raw birth date, city, or time, but does include the resulting chart.

Transfers use HTTPS. Supabase provides infrastructure encryption at rest; this is not end-to-end encryption. Authorized service operators can access submitted records to operate the service. Provider backups and infrastructure logs follow their own configured retention policies.

No birth details are sent to an AI model by the free Snapshot. We do not use submitted birth information to train models, sell it, or share it for third-party advertising.

Where enabled, Umami collects page views and limited funnel events. We do not attach email addresses, birth details, or management tokens to those events. Analytics is disabled on the private data-management page.

How long we keep it

New saved Snapshot requests are scheduled for deletion from the active database after 90 days. Cleanup runs daily, so removal may take up to an additional day. Deleting a record does not recall an email already sent or immediately erase provider backups and security logs. We do not promise a backup expiry period that we have not verified.

Older Free Audit submissions are stored separately and are not covered by this new automated cleanup. They are excluded from marketing use. The operator handles access and deletion requests through the contact form, including attempts to locate records in earlier storage. Some older storage is not currently accessible; we cannot claim those records have been erased.

Delete or unsubscribe

Save the private management link shown after a successful submission. It is also included in a successfully sent Snapshot email. Use it to delete that request or unsubscribe the email address from all marketing. The link contains a random secret; we store only its hash.

Anyone holding this link can manage that specific request, so keep it private. Deletion removes only that request and its associated preference. Unsubscribing stops all marketing for that email across Snapshots, Blueprint notifications, and I Ching learning notes, including duplicate requests. A later signup does not automatically reverse this opt-out.

For an older Free Audit record, or if you no longer have the private link, use the contact form to request operator assistance. You do not need a previous email to contact us. The new token-based tool cannot locate legacy submissions.

Future paid reports

Before paid orders open, the checkout and report terms must identify the responsible operator, delivery and refund arrangements, and any additional processors or human reviewers. The current free Snapshot does not imply those services are already available.
