Delivery and support
Each paid report is prepared and reviewed individually, then published to your private order page within 3 business days of confirmed payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. This is a written report; a live consultation is not included.
Payment uses Stripe Checkout. A private order page shows the verified payment status, report progress, and completed report. Save that private link; contact support@rockhammerlabs.com if you need help recovering an order. You may cancel for a full refund before delivery. If the delivered report is missing content or contains an error, contact us within 14 days so we can correct it or arrange a refund.
How to use it
This is a traditional, interpretive framework for self-reflection. It is not a scientifically validated personality test, a prediction of events, or medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Use it to consider possibilities alongside your actual circumstances.
Our “operating system” and “default settings” language is metaphorical. A birth chart cannot establish your abilities or tell you with certainty when a decision will succeed.
